Sorry! Product temporarily out of stock... |
This is a Christmas tract with a difference (it has the same front as the generic Christmas tract) but.... It's a postcard. Why not send postcards to random people in your area, write their name on it and sign it with your name or "from a friend". Because you've personally addressed it, people will read it!!
You could also send it to friends and family as it is written in a real heart felt way, saying all the things you've wanted to say to your unsaved friends and family, but never knew how. Maybe sending them this will open up a conversation, maybe this is the icebreaker. Especially around Christmas time, when it is a perfect time to tell people the truth about the season. "Jesus is the reason for the season!". Christmas also means people maybe more tolerant and open to listen to the Gospel.
The front of the tract is really neat, it has a Gospel message interwoven between lots of Christmas sayings. The question it asks is...
"What is the best present someone could give you this Christmas?"
The answer is of course the gift of salvation - eternal life.
Pack of 50 postcards.
On the Back (In blue pen coloured, easily readable text)
Dear _____________
There has been something on my heart that I’ve needed to tell you, but I’ve never known how. So I’ve sent this to you and all I ask is that you’d read it with an open heart. I’ll never speak of these things to you again, but I need to share this with you just once. This is the most important message one could ever read or hear. This is the real meaning of Christmas. You see, Christmas isn’t about trees, presents or Santa Clause, these things are just distractions from the real meaning of Christmas, which is really about remembering the birth of Jesus Christ. Who is Jesus and why is He so special? Jesus Christ was actually born to die for you and me. Remember what happened to Him, He was crucified. Why did Jesus have to die? Well, He didn’t have to, He chose to. Jesus was the Son of God and He came to solve a problem. That problem was the fact that we are separated from God because of sin (sin is simply breaking God’s law) and destined for Hell when we die. But God loves us so much he doesn’t want that to happen. . I know you are a wonderful person, but God’s standards to enter heaven when we die is perfection. Ask yourself a few questions. Have you lied before? Have you stolen anything? Have you hated anyone (God sees this as wicked as murder). We’ve all broken God’s law, which means we can’t go to heaven. The Bible says that the wages of sin is death. God requires the death sentence for breaking His ten commandments. And that’s why Jesus had to die, He died instead of you, He took your punishment for all your sin upon Himself. A substitutionary death, to satisfy the law, so you and I could go free and enter into heaven. He then rose from the dead and conquered death for all of us! We can’t be perfect, but accepting this gift makes us perfect in God’s eyes - we are now free to enter heaven and receive this free and unmerited gift of eternal life. This is the greatest gift you could be given this Christmas. If you will repent (turn away from all the things you know are wrong, seek God's forgiveness and accept Jesus Christ as your Saviour, God will forgive your sin and grant you eternal life. Then read your Bible daily and apply it your life, and God will never let you down. I know this has been a brief message, please look into it some more by picking up a Bible and reading the chapter called ‘John” or check out www.needgod.com. Nothing is more valuable than your soul and your salvation. Thank you for reading this, I won’t bring it up again, unless you ask. Have a Merry Christmas. God bless from:
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved." John 3. 15 –17.
