This is a great survey to do with people or just rip off the sheet from the pad and give to people to do later (so you can just hand it out as a tract). This has a great message on it and has some interesting trivia, so it will be easy and non-offensive to swing from the natural to the spiritual because the survey does it for you - in a subtle way!

Get creative and festive. We get dressed up as Mr and Mrs Santa Clause and just go into town and say "Merry Christmas" and hand out tracts and have great conversations with people!

What's on the tract?

The True Christmas Message - The Best News You’ve Ever Read

Guess what? Christmas isn’t about presents, or food or Father Christmas. These are all distractions from the real meaning of Christmas. Christmas is a time of remembering the birth of Jesus Christ. Why was Jesus born? Jesus was actually born to die for you and me. God requires the death sentence for breaking any one of the ten commandments. God has pronounced us all guilty and the Bible says that the wages of sin is death. When you die, God will give you your wages. An eternity in Hell. But God doesn’t want that to happen, because He loves you so much. Jesus Christ, His only begotten son, was born to die on a cross, to take God’s punishment upon Himself for the sins of the world. Your sin and my sin. Jesus died instead of you. It’s like this; you did the crime and Jesus paid your fine by sacrificing Himself for you. 3 days after this sacrifice, He was raised to life, thereby conquering death once and for all and offering those that believe in Him, eternal life.

On judgement day, will Jesus enter the court room to tell the Judge that your fine for your sin has already been paid? Will Jesus’ sacrifice cover your sin? Or will you be forced to take the punishment yourself?

To be forgiven of all your sin and to receive the free and undeserved gift of eternal life, God is calling all of us to repent (turn away from all the things we know are wrong) and to trust in His Son for the rest of our lives as our Saviour. To trust in Jesus is like putting on a parachute. You don’t just believe in the parachute to save you, you have to put it on. Repent and be forgiven today, accept the gift God is offering you. Then read your Bible daily and obey what it says. God will never let you down. For more info go to www.needgod.com

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved." John 3. 15 –17
